At AURA Celestial Studio, every oracle deck is crafted and packaged with care and intention. Because of the nature of this product, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed — unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your deck arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at auracelestialstudio@gmail.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage so that we can review your request.

Once approved, we will gladly offer a replacement deck or, if unavailable, a refund for the item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at auracelestialstudio@gmail.com and send your item to: 73 Impasse des Noyers, 24150 Baneuil, FRANCE.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to carrier errors or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your order hasn’t arrived, please reach out — we’ll do our best to help you locate it.

Because oracle decks are considered spiritual and personal items, we cannot accept returns for used or opened products.
